Leadership and Management in Modern Organizations

Course Overview:

This leadership and management training course consists of three parts:

Part 1 (45 Minutes): Understanding Modern Leadership

  • This session explores various leadership theories and their applications in today’s business environment. It addresses the evolution of leadership styles and the impact of modern challenges on leadership approaches.

Part 2 (45 Minutes): Effective Management Techniques

  • In this segment, participants learn about strategic decision-making, change management, and innovation in management. The focus is on practical strategies that enhance a manager’s ability to lead teams and manage organizational change effectively.

Part 3 (30 Minutes): Ethical Leadership and Sustainable Management

  • The concluding part discusses the importance of ethical leadership and introduces methods for fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. It also covers the evaluation of management practices and their sustainability.

Outcome Objectives for Participants:
