Programmes Modalities

The education and training offered by SATE is geared to international careers in the public and private sectors. It gives priority to action, leadership development, communication skills, sizing-up of situations, and sound decision-making processes.

SATE holds participants to rigorous and high individual standards of attainment. In the pursuit of such goal, SATE adopted different models of training approaches, which accommodates up to date training markets.

SATE online (virtual) learning courses

The disruption of the training mobility opportunities due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic across the globe urged SATE to follow the national measures imposed by states to tackle the spread of the virus , and therefore to enhance our online training methodologies.

SATE offers online and offline digital tools and resources for learners, trainers and educators during the pandemic period, which does not require a face-to-face interaction.

SATE online lectures / webinars are designed with interactive methods such as brainstorming, problem solving, discussions, etc.,to facilitate the process of experiential adult learning for greater participation and better recall of the core issues.

Traditional / enhanced face to-face training courses

This modality of training is currently on hold due to disruptive global pandemic consequences. In such type of training modality, participants are normally requested to join the course by attending a traditional session at the assigned physical location.

E-Learning / Digital courses ( will be soon available)

This modality of education and training represents an efficient digital knowledge transfer method that it is quick and does not require much cost.

With e-learning, SATE can convey important knowledge easily and efficiently online. Providing e-learning courses automatically via an easy learning platform will help participants to keep track of their progress at all times and make information easy to grasp and absorb.
