Learning transfer is a challenging process and the level of perception and application of knowledge differs from one another, which makes it difficult to predict how each preceptor will respond to a course.
Learning must not start and stop with the training session. A successful training entity needs to take care of all the stages of learning transfer: before, during, and after training. That is why SATE is keen to ensure that its training courses, workshops and seminars are carefully designed with a well-defined strategy that facilitates them by relying on certain measures to determine how efficient the transfer of learning will be.
