Co-Founder & President

Kassem Lahham’s career path spans over more three decades in the financial industry with a deep focus on wealth management, legacy planning, fin-tech and private banking.

Kassem started his professional journey in Germany, where he was born and raised, and started as a Private Banker advising HNWI clients from scratch for one of the largest German Banks for more than a decade, also out of Switzerland.

Armed with deep product knowledge, being fluent in German, Arabic, French and English languages, and with deep relationships and strategy experiences acquired through his long term banking relationship for the major Swiss Banks, he proceeded advising on Financial- & Private Banking businesses for international banking institutions and financial companies in Asia and the GCC.

Kassem is also a Certified German Banking Teacher and holding many Diploma’s in Economics and Finance from Germany, USA and the UK and guest lecturing today for major Universities on a regular basis on Finance, Due Diligence processes, Cryptocurrencies, ICO’s, AI’s and Blockchain themes.

Lama JBARAH
Co-Founder & Vice-President

Lama Jbarah is a human rights activist and researcher of Middle Eastern Affairs. She is currently President of International-Lawyers.org, a Geneva–based non-profit, ECOSOC accredited, non-governmental organization that advocates for global justice.

Lama has been recognized for her tireless efforts to promote, advocate, and mobilize for appropriate achievements of universal human rights including the rights of women. She received an M.A. in International Relations from Webster University Geneva and she is a member of the faculty in the International Relations Department.

Lama is also an author and co-author of several published scholarly articles on political affairs and human rights; she also participated as a speaker in various international forums.
